Hotshot Orchestrator

Run up to eight AI coding agents on your projects at the same time, without them stepping on each other.

How it works

Each agent gets a real terminal. Claude Code, Codex CLI, Antigravity CLI, OpenCode or any terminal command. A workspace is added with a kind, and the kind decides which editors and apps agents share or lease, which MCP servers they get, and what the hub knows about risky operations.

Mixed view shows every workspace together; Modes shows one kind at a time while the others keep running.

What it does

❖

Workspaces by kind

Add a workspace with a kind, and the kind shapes the tools around it. One grid can hold an Unreal agent, a repository agent and a computer-use agent side by side.

  • Unreal Engine: the project's editor, with PIE, C++ builds and restarts coordinated
  • Unity and Godot: the editor, shared by every agent
  • Code repository: a git worktree per agent, plus a Changes panel to review, merge back and open pull requests
  • Legal matters, remote MCP servers and downloadable workspace packages
⎈

The hub

Every agent gets hotshot-hub, a small MCP server that keeps them from stepping on each other.

  • Claims on files and assets, enforced rather than advisory
  • Plans and messages between agents
  • Locks and leases: PIE, editor restart, builds, mouse and keyboard
  • A shared team memory
◈

Computer use

Desktop-app workspaces let agents drive an application by looking at the screen and using the mouse and keyboard, through a sidecar the app ships.

  • You approve each app on a card, at a tier you choose
  • One agent holds the mouse and keyboard at a time
  • Esc stops the agent acting; Pause stops every agent's input
  • Hotshot hosts no AI: the model is whichever CLI the agent runs
✦

Hotshot Sync and the phone app

Your agents on your other devices, through a relay the server can't read. Sign in with a Hotshot account, or host the relay yourself.

  • A new device gets in only when a paired device approves it
  • View, Control or Full permission per device
  • Android app: your computers, their agents, live terminals
  • Push notifications when an agent needs you or finishes
